Neutralizes "effective against flying" bonuses. If foe initiates combat or if foe's HP = 100% at start of combat, inflicts Atk/Res-6 on foe and grants Special cooldown charge +1 per foe's attack during combat. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack. Special cooldown charge granted even if foe’s attack deals 0 damage.)

Dragonscale (Japanese: 邪竜の大鱗 Fell Dragon's Large Scales) is a passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Dragonscale comes in only one tier. Dragonscale appears to be a highly-enhanced variant of the Heroes version of Dragonskin, and users of Dragonscale nullify any anti-flight bonus damage that would otherwise target its user, while dropping the Attack and Resistance of its target in addition to accelerating its user's special skill cooldown, whenever the target either initiates combat or is at full HP at the start of combat.
