Chilling Seal (Japanese: 氷の封印 Seal of Ice) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Chilling Seal comes in only one tier. Units with Chilling Seal, at the start of its player's phase, take the enemy unit with the lowest Defense and drops their Attack and Speed significantly through its next action; if multiple enemies tie for having the lowest Defense, all of those enemies will receive the stat penalty.

Chilling Seal cannot be passed to other units through skill inheritance; as a result, it can only be used by Gunnthrá.
