The Carrot is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Carrot is a provision with basic effects, restoring 10 HP to whomever consumes it. It may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore the fatigue of the party offering it by 10 points.
