Start by having Vander weaken the Archer so Clanne can finish it off. Have Alear break the Axe Fighter and keep Framme to the south, outside of its range. On enemy phase, the Axe Fighter will attack Clanne. Note that Lumera becomes aggressive on her second turn. Have Clanne finish the Axe fighter, Framme heal Clanne, and Alear get ready to fight Lumera on enemy phase. As a reminder, Lumera will break Vander if she attacks him and will effectively get a free attack in on you. Don't let yourself get broken.
