In its debut appearance in {{title|Thracia 776}}, the tome was wielded by [[Veld]] of the [[Lopt Sect]], was used to petrify [[Eyvel]], and its effects could only be reversed with the [[Kia]] staff. In {{title|The Sacred Stones}}, Stone acts as a dark-magic [[:Category:Non-human weapons|monster weapon]] wielded by [[Gorgon]]s; like most monster weapons, it is not depicted as physically being a magic tome.
