This is a fairly easy chapter as long as you've either trained Roy or given him statboosters. If the player desires to get the true ending, Roy must deal the final blow to Idunn with the Binding Blade. Idunn isn't a particularly scary boss and she is locked to 1 range meaning you can attack her form range without any consquence, keep in mind the the Binding Blade an the Divine stone are the only weapons that are effective against her (wyrmslayers and legendary weapons don't deal x3 damage). The reinforcements in this map are ininite, but aren't too strong and should be dealt with fairly easely. If Roy isn't strong enough deal with Idunn it's best to use other units to weaken her and finish her off with Roy.
