Role
Fiora can be recruited in Chapter 18 (Eliwood's Story) or Chapter 19 (Hector's Story). She appears as an NPC at the beginning of Turn 3, and will join the party if spoken to with Florina.
In The Dread Isle, Chapter 18 for Eliwood and Chapter 19 for Hector, Fiora finds her sister Florina. It is revealed that Fiora had been sent to investigate the island with a whole squadron, but was the only survivor of a large attack. Though she blames herself for the loss of her squadron, Florina tells her not to, helping Fiora overcome her sadness. Fiora follows Florina's advice to join her army.
Depending on the player's supports, Fiora may marry Eliwood, Kent, or Sain, or become the head of a mercenary company.
